- Fermented Green Peppercorns in Brine are fermented in Rock Salt (5%) for a period 6 months before packaging. In this process the green peppercorns turn into black peppercorns.
- They are full of flavour, rich in colour, juicy and have a great aroma. Once the Fermentation process is completed we immediately vacuum seal them to retain the freshness.

Packaging –
Fermented Peppercorns are Vacuum-sealed for maximum freshness.Due to the special sealing technology of the pouches, air and moisture cannot get to the pepper. As a result, even after opening the pouch, the grains retain the authentic taste and aroma of Fermented pepper.
