Quick & easy · Plant-based friendly · Fibre-rich breakfast · Naturally sweetened

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Ausha Gut Health Powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 120g Greek yoghurt (or plant-based yoghurt)
  • 2–4 tbsp milk or almond milk (just enough to loosen)
  • ½ apple, grated or finely chopped
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • To top: apple slices, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, extra yoghurt, a pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. Add the oats, Gut Health Powder, cinnamon and chia seeds to a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir in the yoghurt and a small splash of milk until creamy and well combined.
  3. Fold in the grated apple and maple syrup, if using, for a touch of natural sweetness.
  4. Cover and chill overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  5. In the morning, give it a good stir and loosen with a little more milk if needed.
  6. Top with apple slices, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and a dusting of cinnamon. Serve cold.

Why it works: Ausha Gut Health Powder blends papaya, triphala, dates, wheatgrass, ginger, pineapple and turmeric, and its fruity, spiced notes pair naturally with apple and cinnamon. Using yoghurt as the main base keeps things rich and balanced, with just a small splash of milk to adjust consistency. If dairy doesn't agree with you, simply swap in plant-based yoghurt and almond or oat milk.

Gut-friendly tip: Milk and yoghurt can be combined if you tolerate both well. For a gentler option, keep yoghurt as the main base and use only a splash of milk, or go fully plant-based.
