You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a refund.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase and would like to return the product for refund, please email us at orders@ausha.co.uk stating the reason for return and post the product to the Return address below :

Please note we sell only premium quality products to our customer.To qualify for an exchange or refund it is important that all our goods must be unopened and in their good packaging with all the seals intact.

Damaged order

Despite taking precautions there might be times when our packaging gets damaged during transit.If you receive goods that are not in intact packaging, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.Photographic evidence of damage is required on the return of damaged item in order to request a replacement or refund.
