Choco Bake

Ingredients

  • 150g Ausha ceremonial cacao
  • 2 tbsp almond butter or tahini
  • 1 tbsp honey / date syrup / maple syrup
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder (optional = wellness angle)
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried rose petals or coconut flakes
  • Tiny pinch black pepper (boosts turmeric)

Method
Melt ceremonial cacao gently using double boiler. Stir in almond butter + sweetener until glossy. Add cinnamon, turmeric, salt. Pour onto tray lined with paper. Sprinkle pistachio, seeds, rose petals. Chill 30 mins. Break into rustic bark pieces.
