How to Use
How to Use
1. Boil fresh water 2. Drop one tea bag into your mug 3. Pour hot water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes 4. Don't squeeze, let it flow naturally 5. Gently lift and remove the tea bag 6. Add raw honey or a splash of oat milk for a cosy twist 7. Best enjoyed morning or evening Tip: Add a pinch of black pepper to boost absorption of Ashwagandha's active compounds.
