• Black Turmeric powder is made from Black Turmeric root and is part of Turmeric family.
• How to Consume - Add a Tea Spoon of Black Turmeric Powder to Warm Water, Juice, Smoothie and consume at least 30 minutes before intaking food.
• Black tumeric has the highest concentration of curcuminoids of any plant species. Can be mixed with Black Ginger.
• Black Turmeric can be added to juices, smoothies.
• Black Turmeric Root Flesh is Black Bluish in colour and hence the powder will be of dark brown colour unlike the Golden colour of Turmeric.
• Add half a tea spoon per serving.
