Using turmeric powder is simple and versatile—it can be added to food, drinks
Texture And Aroma
Due to high curcumin value of 5-6% there are naturally occuring oil which may give a lump like texture and also a very strong Turmeric spicy aroma. This will not be experienced in the normal Turmeric powder having Curcumin value of 2-3%.
In Food
1. Cooking (Savory Dishes)

Curries, stews, soups – Add ½ to 1 tsp per dish for flavor and color.

Rice or lentils – Stir in a pinch while cooking for a golden hue.
