Hot Cocoa
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp melted Ausha’s cacao nibs
- 250ml milk of choice (oat, almond or dairy)
- ½ tsp ashwagandha powder
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: pinch cardamom or vanilla extract
Method:
- Warm 250 ml milk gently in a saucepan (don’t boil).
- Add Ausha cacao nibs, melt it thoroughly and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in ashwagandha, cinnamon, a pinch of sea salt, and your sweetener.
- Let it simmer on low for 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Froth if you like, pour into a mug, and enjoy warm.
