Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp melted Ausha’s cacao nibs
  • 250ml milk of choice (oat, almond or dairy)
  • ½ tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: pinch cardamom or vanilla extract

Method: 

  • Warm 250 ml milk gently in a saucepan (don’t boil).
  • Add Ausha cacao nibs, melt it thoroughly and whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in ashwagandha, cinnamon, a pinch of sea salt, and your sweetener.
  • Let it simmer on low for 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Froth if you like, pour into a mug, and enjoy warm.
