These green peppercorns are grown organically in the Wayanad region of Kerala, India, and fermented for three months with turmeric juice, amla (Indian gooseberry) juice and salt. The fermentation adds tangy, savoury depth to their peppery kick. They won a 1-Star Great Taste Award in 2025 and are certified Organic by the Soil Association.

Use them whole or lightly crushed to lift sauces, soups, marinades, dressings and salads. Fermenting with turmeric also makes the pepper easier for the body to absorb. Vegan, Vegetarian, sugar-free and free from preservatives. Currently sold out on the product page.

We source our organic products directly from the farming community in small batches to make sure the products are of top quality and also the fresh stock reaches our customers.

Each batch goes though lab testing for pesticides testing and quality control.

We frequently do farm visits and production factory visits in person to make sure the products are sourced and manufactured as per standards and the traceability is established.

Use whole, straight from the jar, or lightly crush. Add to stews, soups, sauces, marinades, dressings and salads.
