15 Products of Ausha has won Multiple Great Taste Awards.

Ausha Organic Black Ginger Powder is made from the roots of Kaempferia parviflora, a rare botanical prized for its heritage and striking look. On the outside it resembles regular ginger, but its deep purple to almost black interior gives it a character all its own. The roots are organically grown, gently dried and finely milled, keeping their naturally earthy profile.

The taste is mildly bitter, earthy and subtly spicy, which makes it an easy addition to smoothies, juices and protein shakes. Grown in India with a focus on quality, purity and sustainability, it is a clean, natural ingredient that is Organic, Vegan and Vegetarian.

We source our organic products directly from the farming community in small batches to make sure the products are of top quality and also the fresh stock reaches our customers.

Each batch goes though lab testing for pesticides testing and quality control.

We frequently do farm visits and production factory visits in person to make sure the products are sourced and manufactured as per standards and the traceability is established.

Mix ½ teaspoon into smoothies, fresh juices or warm water daily.

No , no artificial additives, colourings, flavourings or preservatives are added.

Certified organic means the ingredient is grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilisers, is never genetically modified, and is independently audited through the whole supply chain , not just self-declared. That's better for soil health, biodiversity and the farmers who grow it, and it means you know exactly what you're (and aren't) consuming.

Mildly bitter, earthy and subtly spicy , a more complex, deeper flavour than regular ginger.

Mix ½ teaspoon into smoothies, fresh juices or warm water daily.

This product hasn't entered the Great Taste Awards yet, but it's made to the same quality standard as Ausha's award-winning range, and several sister products have won 1 to 3 Stars.

Yes , Vegan Society approved and suitable for vegetarians.

Ausha products are lab tested for pesticides and heavy metals, sourced directly from small-scale organic farming communities, and several have won independent Great Taste or Nourish Awards , judged blind on taste alone. Soil Association certification and Vegan Society approval mean the quality and ethics are independently checked, not just a claim on the pack.
