Ausha Organic Ceremonial Cacao Paste is a premium, raw, ceremonial-grade cacao from Peru, made from the prized Criollo variety. It won a 1-Star Great Taste Award in 2026 for its delicious taste, and is certified Organic by the Soil Association. The cacao is grown by small-scale farming communities who follow organic methods.

It is a rich, satisfying ingredient for vegans and chocolate lovers alike. Melt it into hot chocolate, or add it to smoothies, porridge and cereals. Stir a chunk or two into a freshly made latte for a simple, great-tasting mocha.

We source our organic products directly from the farming community in small batches to make sure the products are of top quality and also the fresh stock reaches our customers.

Each batch goes though lab testing for pesticides testing and quality control.

We frequently do farm visits and production factory visits in person to make sure the products are sourced and manufactured as per standards and the traceability is established.

Add 1 or 2 pieces of cacao paste to hot water and stir well to make a hot cocoa drink. You can also add a chunk or two to a freshly made latte, or use in smoothies, porridge and cereals.
