How to Make Moringa Leaf Tea

🌿 Using Dried Moringa Leaves 

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 teaspoons dried moringa leaves (or 1 tea bag)

  • 1 cup (250 ml) hot water 

  • Optional: honey, lemon, mint, ginger

Instructions:

  1. Boil Water: Bring water to a boil, then let it cool slightly 

  2. Steep:

    • Place moringa leaves or tea bag in a cup.

    • Pour in hot water.

    • Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes (longer steep = stronger flavor).

  3. Strain: If using loose leaves, strain before drinking.

  4. Add Flavor (Optional): Add a bit of honey, lemon juice, or mint if desired.

  5. Enjoy: Drink warm or cool.

How to Use

Place the Moringa leaves in a cup or teapot. Pour boiling water over the leaves. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain and drink warm.
