Moon Elixir Night Latte
Ingredients
- ¼ tsp Ausha Triphala Powder
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch cardamom powder
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 cup warm oat or almond milk
- 1 tsp date syrup or jaggery
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Method
- Whisk together Triphala powder, cacao, cinnamon, cardamom and black pepper.
- Gently heat milk in a saucepan. Do not boil.
- Add dry mix to warm milk and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in date syrup and vanilla. Adjust sweetness.
- Pour into your favourite mug, sip slowly and unwind.
